Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uncut, and unmodified, and in its original packaging (including any included accessories, if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, please contact us at yikemart@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first—returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return steps (after approval)
Once your return request is approved, we will email you the return instructions, including where to send the item and the next steps.
Return shipping costs
• For non-defective items (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong size), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
• Items that have been cut, trimmed, or modified (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect)
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
